Each module includes:
- A short daytime audio (between 5 and 10 mins): conscious mindset work you can listen to while walking or cooking.
- Three gentle journal prompts: to explore your thoughts and shift perspective.
- A night-time hypnosis (around 20 mins): to calm your body and rewire your subconscious responses.
You can complete all seven, or focus on the areas you need most. It's entirely up to you.
