We are Kathryn Dunn and Jodie Wood, friends and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapists who know firsthand how self-doubt, old patterns, and people-pleasing can make the holidays feel more exhausting than joyful. 

In our work, we help people move beyond overwhelm and feeling stuck, using evidence-based hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and practical mindset tools to build real confidence and self-compassion.
